Green minibuses
They have numbers, such as 9A to High Island East Dam on weekends and holidays. Tap or pay exact cash. Ring the bell. HKeMobility beats Google on green vans.
Red minibuses
- The destination is on the headboard. Frequency follows demand.
- Pay on or off, depending on the route. Drivers usually give change.
- To stop, shout the place name or “yau lok”. Drivers may not speak English — show the name on your phone.
- They cannot run every new road. This is not Uber.
