One day, three days, rain or a tight budget in Hong Kong. See the harbour once. Put bus stages, typhoon signals, and last ferries on the plan.

A good plan is not a map full of pins. It leaves room: rain becomes malls and cafes; Signal No. 8 stays in the hotel; Dragon’s Back only on a clear day; Cheung Chau only with the last ferry in mind.

Must I do Disneyland or Ocean Park?

Yes if you have children or came for the park. No if you have two or three days and want to learn how the city rides and eats. A ticket plus queues will take the whole day.
